Mr. Eidelstein is a founding member and Principal of Universal Private Loans. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Company including underwriting, closing, inspections and draw payments. Mr. Eidelstein has a Bachelors degree in International Business from George Washington University School of Business. He is a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate, and is a Florida Resident. 

Mr. Ambrosi is a founding member and Principal of Universal Private Loans. He is Chairman and Co-Founder of the ARCTRUST Group of Companies. Mr. Ambrosi has over 40 years of real estate experience.  Mr. Ambrosi has a Masters degree in Finance from Rutgers University, a Senior Certificate in Real Estate from New York University, and a Bachelors degree in engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Mr. Ambrosi is a Florida Resident. 

Mr. Perel, Principal of Universal Private Loans, is also a Co-Founder of the ARCTRUST Group of Companies, boasting over 30 years of diverse real estate experience encompassing acquisitions, planning, entitlements, development, leasing, management, and financing. He started his career at Zimmerman & Co., eventually becoming a Partner and leading the Real Estate Department. Mr. Perel holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Long Island University and was a Certified Public Accountant. He resides in Florida.

Mr. Eidelstein, Principal of Universal Private Loans, brings over 50 years of legal experience in direct lending, non-performing loans workout, and foreclosure litigation. He's served as a court-appointed receiver for national lending institutions and has a background in real estate development in Florida, New York, and New Jersey. Additionally, he's held positions as a Bank Director and Committee Member of a Florida Community Bank. Mr. Eidelstein graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology and received his Law Degree from Syracuse University. He resides in Florida.
